Y lleg\u00f3 por fin el momento de dar\u00a0las \u00faltimas correcciones a los moldes de los originales!<\/p>\n
Partiendo del prototipo que ya conoc\u00e9is, hemos estado inmersos en el desarrollo de los nuevos moldes para la producci\u00f3n del AJOR\u00cd en el mejor material cer\u00e1mico posible, la porcelana. Para su producci\u00f3n contamos con la f\u00e1brica de porcelanas Bemorporce en Portugal, en donde hemos estado estos d\u00edas cerrando ya los \u00faltimos detalles para de realizar las primeras tiradas.<\/p>\n
En un primer golpe de vista, el AJOR\u00cd puede resultar una dise\u00f1o sencillo para su producci\u00f3n, pero el gran n\u00famero de piezas que lo componen, el preciso encaje entre ellas y la diversidad de materiales utilizados, hacen que este dise\u00f1o tenga un complejo trabajo de producci\u00f3n que nos est\u00e1 llevando un tiempo… pero queremos el mejor acabado para el AJOR\u00cd. La porcelana es un material muy complejo en su fabricaci\u00f3n (su cocci\u00f3n es a 1400\u00ba C) pero los\u00a0resultados son los que\u00a0dar\u00e1n\u00a0el mejor acabado y calidad a nuestra\u00a0pieza.<\/p>\n
Ahora ya s\u00f3lo queda dar\u00a0salida al resto de los materiales que deber\u00e1n ir encajados con la porcelana: Vidrio para las c\u00e1nulas y madera para el mango. Ambos ir\u00e1n tallados a mano y pronto os podremos ense\u00f1ar im\u00e1genes de sus procesos de producci\u00f3n en manos de los mejores artesanos. El resultado de las primeras muestras nos han llenado de ilusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Y para acabar\u2026 AJOR\u00cd ir\u00e1 embalado en\u00a0un singular dise\u00f1o\u00a0de\u00a0eco-packaging que muy pronto os mostraremos.<\/p>\n

The time to give the final corrections to the\u00a0molds of originals has arrived!<\/p>\n
Based on the prototype you already know, we have been involved in the development of the new molds for the production of AJOR\u00cd in the best existing ceramic material which is the porcelain. For production, we work with Bemorporce porcelain factory in Portugal, where we have been these days finally closing the last details for making the first production run.<\/p>\n
At first glance, the AJOR\u00cd can be a simple design to produce, but the large number of pieces that form it, the precise fit between them and the diversity of materials used, make that this design has a complex production work that it’s taking us a while… but we want the best finish for AJOR\u00cd. Porcelain is a complex material in manufacture (the firing temperature is 1400\u00ba C) but the results are what give the best finish and quality for our piece.<\/p>\n
Now we just have to finish the other materials that must be matching with porcelain: Glass cannulas and wood for the handle. Both materials will be hand-carved, and we will show you soon pictures of their production in the hands of the best craftsmen. The result of the first samples has brought us great joy.<\/p>\n
And finally … AJOR\u00cd, will be packed in a singular eco-packaging design that we will show you soon.<\/p>\n
